Over the past few days the lenders both major and non majors have now released their new assessment /servicing tools. As a general guide they have reduced their floor/ assessment rate between 5.5% and 5.75% with additional sensitivity margins from 2.25% to 2.5% .
Previously the floor / assessment rate ranged from 7.25% to 7.45% depending lenders. Once the other major lenders release their new assessment I’ll post on the site.
